Tracy D. Finnegan
Attorney-at-Law
Tracy obtained her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies before entering the Washington State Supreme Court’s Admission and Practice APR 6 Law Clerk Program. She passed the Washington State Bar exam in 2018. Tracy worked in the local community as an associate attorney prior to opening Finnegan and Associates PLLC. Tracy serves the Skagit Valley community as a family law attorney. Tracy volunteers as a board member of the Washington State Bar Association APR 6 Law Clerk Program.
