Tracy D. Finnegan

Attorney-at-Law

Tracy obtained her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies before entering the Washington State Supreme Court’s Admission and Practice APR 6 Law Clerk Program. She passed the Washington State Bar exam in 2018. Tracy worked in the local community as an associate attorney prior to opening Finnegan and Associates PLLC.

Tracy is passionate about helping families navigate life’s most difficult circumstances like divorce, separation, and child custody and parenting plans. She leads her office with integrity and diligently works for her clients towards the best possible outcomes for them and their families.

Tracy serves the Skagit Valley community as a family law attorney. Tracy volunteers as a board member of the Washington State Bar Association APR 6 Law Clerk Program. She enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.
